Terms and Conditions

By registering for and participating in the Neuroscience Conference, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:


1. Registration and Payment

All participants must complete the registration process and submit full payment prior to the start of the event.

Registration fees are non-refundable. However, you may choose to transfer your registration to a future edition of the conference or opt to attend virtually.

Any additional expenses, such as travel, accommodation, or meals, are the sole responsibility of the attendee and are not included in the registration fee.


2. Virtual Attendance

Virtual attendees will receive access credentials to the online conference platform in advance of the event.

It is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure they have suitable internet access and compatible technology to participate.

Conference access is intended for individual, registered participants only. Sharing login information is strictly prohibited.


3. Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate another individual to take your place, provided this is arranged no later than 45 days prior to the event date.


4. Program Modifications

The organizers reserve the right to modify the event program at any time. This may include changes to speakers, schedule adjustments, or session cancellations, as deemed necessary.


5. Intellectual Property

All content presented during the conference, including slides, recordings, and materials, is the intellectual property of the organizers or individual speakers.

Participants are not permitted to reproduce, share, or distribute any materials without prior written authorization from the organizers or respective content owners.


6. Photography and Recording

By attending the event (in-person or online), you grant permission for your image, voice, or likeness to be captured in photos, videos, or live streams for promotional or archival purposes.

Personal recording of conference content is not allowed without explicit written consent from the organizers.


7. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the duration of the event.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to remove any individual found to be in violation of this policy without refund.


8. Limitation of Liability

The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the event, whether attending in-person or online.


9. Force Majeure

The organizers shall not be held responsible for any delay, disruption, or cancellation of the event caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, or technical failures.
